The first scheme already aimed to save the tree despite the fear of the owner. Finally, gardeners had examined the tree, and they have considered it safe after cutting off a few larger side branches. So the plan of the house embracing the tree can be made. This plan is about the relationship of a tree and the building. The point that the building had to fit under the greenery affected the design of the shape. The building’s two semi-pitched roof resembles two function groups. From the street the garage and the ’spa house’, from the garden the living room are the two separately operable units also regarding heating technology.
