The point of the concept laid down by the tender was to position the new wings next to the mountainside keeping the current hospital buildings. The rehabilitation park is in direct connection in level through the bridges and internal ramps. The building of the winter spa is being expanded, but is still part of the complex. The different functional elements are connected with an internal passage, which is not a closed area, it functions continuously as a public space. The star point of the traffic directions is the self-service restaurant. From here, the lake spa building is accessible too under the ground.
